Self discipline is the root of all positive qualities. It is the glue that holds together all of the other attributes within the character of a great individual.

I maintain the belief that you will not find a single person on this planet who has not achieved some form of success without the attribute of self discipline. You must practice the art of self discipline if you want to achieve any success in life and rise to a high level in general.

Now, the question is, how do we practically develop self discipline and eventually become a person who prides themselves on the fact that they are self-disciplined? Here are 20 ways in which you could do that:

Cold showers come with a host of physiological benefits but there is just as much positive impact on the psychological side. Cold showers require that you engage in self-discipline, especially if you do it on a daily basis.
