How To Fight Social Anxiety & Become Victorious

Let’s say you’re socially anxious. Okay, so what happens when you are socially anxious?
You go to a party, your heart is beating quickly — why? Because the party is a monster — why? Because it’s judging you and it’s placing you on the bottom of the dominance hierarchy because that’s what a negative judgement is. This ultimately interferes with your sexual success which means that you’re being harshly evaluated by nature itself.
You are confronting the dragon of chaos when you go into the social situation and as a result, you hunch over which portrays low dominance and that’s a logical thing to do in the face of a tyrant. It doesn’t get you that far but it’s understandable why it manifests.
Along with this physical manifestation of low dominance is a vicious cycle of negative thought patterns such as, “What if I look stupid?” or “Jeez, I’m really awkward and hate being here.” It’s all internalized and self focused.
So, what do you tell people who battle with social anxiety?
