There are five major pillars that we must master in order to get to a high level in context to our health, wellness, and vitality.

The following five pillars are:

  1. Sleep
  2. Nutrition
  3. Light
  4. Lifestyle
  5. Movement/Exercise

Get these in order, and you should have vibrancy within your life.

Let’s go through each of them below in more detail.

Sleep

Sleep is the most critical and most important pillar by far.

You simply cannot work around chronic sleep deprivation. Period.

If your sleep is compromised, the energy for everything else falls apart and the negative impact compounds over time.

As a matter of fact, sleep is energy.

Get high quality sleep and you’ll be able to achieve what it is that you want.

Nutrition

Poor sleep patterns and poor nutrition habits tend to go together.
