Your problem isn’t the problem, it’s your attitude about the problem.” (Ann Brashares)

Problems are a constant in life and we must do everything within our power to become committed to the process of improving upon these problems. This is one of our major obligations to ourselves within the world.

Let’s get into the major mindsets of how we can solve any problem that we encounter:

Things turn out best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out.

The people who have the ability to navigate effortlessly around their problems understand that it is not about avoiding problems, but about the attitude that they take on in the way that they approach the problems.

When they encounter a problem, they don’t blow up in a rage of reactivity. Instead, they choose to respond to the situation.

Problem solvers are solution oriented.

The path towards solving problems is to be solution oriented as opposed to problem oriented.

By focusing on solutions, your mind will naturally search for anything within the environment that can aid you in your ability to solve the problem that you are facing.
