How To Strengthen Your Physicality & Psychology
“Do the hard things.” (Anonymous)
Many of you are weak, both mentally and physically.
You complain about the tiniest things.
You never exercise your body.
You never consciously place yourself into uncomfortable situations that would allow you to grow.
You associate comfort with safety and discomfort with pain.
This is where those who achieve results within their lives separate themselves from those who don’t — the ability to do the hard things.
What do I mean by the ‘hard things?’ The hard things are defined as the things that you consciously engage in to strengthen both your physicality and mentality.
It is the last 10 minutes of that 50-minute infrared sauna session.
It is the workout that you engage in.
It is that disciplined decision to eat something higher quality than the doughnut or candy bar.
It is the cold shower that you take in the morning.
It is staying at home on a Saturday to work on your side hustle and much more.
