To think destructive thoughts is to produce destruction within your life.

To think constructive thoughts is to produce beauty within your life.

Constructive vs. Destructive Thinking

Two types of thinking that make a world of difference within one’s life. Here are the definitions of each type of thinking:

Constructive Thinking: Constructive thinking is thinking that produces a useful purpose within one’s life. It is empowering rather than disempowering.

Destructive Thinking: Destructive thinking is thinking that produces a destructive environment within one’s life. It is disempowering rather than empowering.

There are two key elements that come into play when it comes to these two types of thinking. Here they are:

Empowering & Disempowering

The first element in this equation is empowering vs disempowering.
