How To Utilize Anger & Misery Towards Your Goals
“There’s nothing wrong with anger provided you use it constructively.” (Wayne Dyer)
The major insight that I have had over the past two months was the following: Anger and misery are powerful forms of motivation.
Now, I understand that these forms of motivation aren’t sustainable over the long term, but they have immense fucking value over the short term.
2 months ago, I was absolutely fucking livid over the state of some of the areas within my life:
I was broke.
I was struggling with self-confidence.
I was aimless in my direction in regards to how I would earn an income online.
I was so angry that I made a decision to never be in that situation, every again.
This is where I harnessed the immense power of anger and misery. I decided to do anything and everything within my power to change the situation that I was in and get the results that I wanted to achieve.
Fast forward into today and it has worked.
I am making significant progress within all of those areas that I struggled in a few months prior.
What are some of the lessons that this experience can teach you?
Let’s go through some of them, right now.
Utilize anger and misery towards the achievement of your goals.
Anger and misery are powerful forces that allow you to get into a flow state. Hence, you begin to do the things that are required of you to get ahead and make progress.
What the fuck are you angry about in your life?
What are you absolutely fucking sick of?
What do you need to change?
What do you despise?
You need to go into that space of darkness in order to utilize this powerful force of anger and misery.
Anger and misery are frowned upon in modern day society.
People will tell you that you must not get angry or be miserable about your life situation.
Fuck them.
There is a valid reason as to why you are angry and miserable because it is a signal to you that shit must be changed, immediately.
Embrace your anger and misery and use that drive to blast through the obstacles.
You must get sick and tired of your situation in order to actually start making a change.
This is not the only way to make progress, but it is a highly effective method.
The moment that you truly decide to change your situation is the moment that you will begin to make progress.
Confidence can manifest from the motivating forces of anger and misery.
I have personally experienced a massive gain in self-confidence over the past two months because of this experienced insight.
I don’t give a fuck about the opposition.
I am fully in the zone.
I cannot help but succeed in my aims.
I am the embodiment of relentless.
These are not half assed attempts at an affirmation. This is true self-confidence that resonates fully with my intuition and soul.
Once you experience this, there is no going back to your old character and self.
Relentlessness is the perfect description of this state that is produced from anger and misery.
David Goggins, a former Navy Seal, talks about breaking the soul of those people and things that are in front of you.
I resonate with this message so much right now because I am currently experiencing it.
I understood this concept as a thought, but now it has become an experience and this has made all the difference in my progress.
Being relentless is honestly addictive.
You must break the soul of whatever the fuck is in front of you and the enemy has to understand that you will not give up.
You must become so relentless that your obstacles cannot help but dissolve under the pressure that you apply to them.
Becoming relentless is the epitome of understanding the power that you have.
Once you act from a relentless place, you begin to understand that you hold immense power within yourself.
You begin to see how your goals are achievable.
You begin to understand the power of the human mind.
You begin to emit the energy of self-confidence.
You begin to experience real progress.
This is an experience that you owe to yourself.
