Thanks Kyle! The way I personally switch into the good life mindset as opposed to the pleasant life mindset is through small actions and wins. For example, I print out my top signature strengths and post it on my wall so that every morning when I wake up, I review them and make sure that my daily life reflects those signature strengths. I’ve often found that starting small is the key and that works for switching into that mindset for myself and for others. A major way to help others do that is to just be a reflection of it yourself.
