It’s all bullshit.

Let me give you a very simple, yet difficult challenge so that I can help you cut through all of the bullshit that our Western culture has created around the topics of health and wellness.

I challenge you to eliminate the following for 3 weeks (Only 21 days!) and see what happens:

  1. Sugar (Candy, soda, cake, sauces, cookies, cereal, etc.)
  2. Grains (Bread, corn, wheat, etc.)
  3. Vegetable Oils (Fried foods, Canola, safflower, grapeseed, sunflower, etc.)

Do it.

If you can stick with it and practice discipline and consistency, then you will become astonished at how you feel by the end of that challenge.
