The vast majority of people seem to struggle with taking control of their behavior within their lives. They succumb to self-sabotage too often and feel a sense of hopelessness as a result.

What is the bright line rule?
Bright Line Rule: A bright-line rule is a clearly defined rule or standard, composed of objective factors, which leaves little or no room for varying interpretation.
For example, if Josh wanted to improve his diet then he would create a bright line rule for the food that he eats: “I will only eat real, whole foods and avoid processed and refined food completely.”
Why is this so powerful?
Bright line rules are so powerful for a few reasons:
Clear Rules
Bright line rules, done correctly, tell us what we exactly need to do and what we exactly need to avoid. In other words, it creates a narrow road for us to follow in terms of behavior.
There is no room for confusion or interpretation which is where many people trip up.
