There is something that absolutely needs to be said in today’s modern environment and that is this: Encouragement is much needed. I personally think that we as a society severely lack the powerful quality of encouragement.

There are so many people out in the world who have never heard an ounce of encouragement in their lives and that takes a massive toll on the individual which sends its shock waves out into society as a whole. Society is just a collection of individuals so it only makes sense to treat the individual.

Here is the important insight: It starts at home. Are you doing everything you can to encourage yourself and everyone around you in your environment? If not, then why not? What is the reason why you’re perspective is so constrained to the point where you can’t offer encouragement to yourself and others?

Why does society lack encouragement?
