Why Your Lack Of Awareness Will Destroy Your Life

Awareness is the most important and foundational skill to develop. Period.
Before we dive into the benefits of cultivating awareness within your own life, let’s get some definitions in order.
Don’t worry. I can hear you SCREAMING at me and wondering what awareness really means and whether it has any practical value to your everyday life.
I’ll give you a very clear definition below and the answer is: Yes, it actually is the foundation of your entire life.
Awareness, in context to personal growth, is defined as the consistent observation of your own behavior, in the present moment.
Notice, there are three components to that definition that must be followed if you are to get better at becoming more aware in your own life.
Component #1 — Consistency: You will never make any progress in your life at whatever you do if you are inconsistent. If you are consistent at what you do, you will win big.
