Why Failure Is The Default For Your Life

Failure is the default in life.

What do I mean by this? Failure is the default means that if you don’t actively work against the negative momentum of your unconscious habits then you will end up in a dysfunctional place — in other words, failure.

Let me explain what I’m talking about through discussing key areas of life where this concept applies:

Health

In modern Western culture, you will fail by default in terms of your health if you don’t actively take on healthy habits and ways of living.

Think about it, unhealthy food is available everywhere. Do you really think that if you don’t take control of your personal health habits that you will end up in a healthy and functional place? The answer is, of course, no.

If you eat the same way that the majority of people eat and engage in the same habits that the majority of people have then you will end up fat, sick, and unhealthy.

The solution to this is to do the opposite of what the majority of people do:

Eat the opposite foods that most people eat. When most people eat cookies, cake, and fast food then you eat Kale, grass fed meat, and other vegetables.
