Why You Must Love Your Fears

Your life can be described as a series of fears that you either have the choice to face or not to face.

The quality of this life that you lead will be directly determined by whether or not you are able to face your fear with presence and step into it to realize that it wasn’t that bad of a fear at all.

You will always fundamentally have a choice.

As I mentioned above, you can either choose to face your fear and step into it with courage.

OR

You can choose to run away from it and ignore the fact that you need to face it in order to evolve.

Those who can consistently make the first choice within every facet of their lives will come out victorious.
